Level 1 - Beginner with Mrs. Jane
A mix of writing workshops, music craft, and performance!
Level 2 - Mid book 1 - book 2 with Mrs. Laura
Create, write, and perform your own music!
Level 3 - Book 3 - 4 with Ms. Shelby
Learn to write for a string duo. Record and mix your parts!
Level 4 - Book 4+ (7th graders+) with Mr. Graham
Write for a duo, trio, quartet. Record and mix your parts into one piece!

Add fiddle tunes to your bag of tricks this summer! Learn music from the fiddle tradition, and play for your friends and family at the end-of-camp performance.

June 21 - 25
Songbird Rising's classic summer camp. A fun, theme driven camp that encourages the exploration of creativity and self-expression. Limited to 16 students.
Art & crafts
If Covid restrictions require, String Camp will be hosted on Zoom and operate from 0900-1200. If this change is necessary, the deposit will cover camp fees and no other balance will be due.

July 5 - 9
An in-person half-day camp celebrating chamber music. This in-person camp is limited to 16 students so sign up fast to avoid disappointment!
Level 1 - Book 2+ 3rd grade+
Level 2 - Book 4+ 5th Grade+
Students can attend Levels 1 & 2 if they fit into both categories.
Students attending Level 2 can volunteer to be a helper at Level 1 if drop-off during the lunch hour is not possible.
Music will be sent to students ahead of time.
If Covid restrictions require, this camp will be hosted on zoom. The music will be rehearsed, recorded, and mixed into a video by a professional video editor.
