// Satisfied students speak up!
"In the nearly 2 years that Laura has been teaching my daughter, I have seen her blossom from a complete beginner to an enthusiastic learner. Every lesson that she takes shows marked improvements, and I am so very happy that her musical upbringing is being so well looked after."
"I have been music lover all my life and at 68, with a dream to learn violin. Laura is the most perfect teacher I could hope for...she is very encouraging in helping with what I lack, confidence and discipline! Laura has a very gentle approach yet she is commanding. She allows the freedom to keep this old-timer interested. I hope to learn from her for decades, achieving my dream."
"I think what I appreciate most about Laura is how she manages to stay true to the Suzuki method of teaching while still tailoring the teaching specifically for my child. She has a lovely calm presence that has helped my daughter work through frustrations and tricky concepts which in turn have taught my daughter the value of perseverance and ultimately brought her great joy and confidence."
"From the very first lesson, we’ve known that Laura is the right teacher for our young violin student. Her personality and demeanor couldn’t be better for children – she’s patient and gentle, perceptive and compassionate, encouraging and motivating. She challenges and inspires our daughter to be her best, striking the perfect balance between setting high technical standards, demanding discipline and focus, and making learning fun. And she’s a great coach for busy, working parents who oversee daily practice at home. We’re thrilled to have Laura as our partner in giving our child the gift of music."
